We have completed a comprehensive renovation project at our Sterling Manor apartment community located in The Greens on Gardiner neighbourhood in Regina. These capital improvements enhance the overall aesthetic and drive more leasing traffic to this amenity-rich community. In addition to upgrading the common areas of each building, we also focused on renovating the interior of many suites by replacing carpet with luxury vinyl plank flooring; instantly refreshing the suite and increasing apartment value. We have also introduced Deveraux's first-ever carport in Regina for added convenience for residents.
