At today's Professional Property Managers Association (PPMA – Manitoba) conference and awards luncheon, Deveraux was recognized with three PPMA Awards of Excellence: Outstanding Community Service, Excellence in Advertising and the Landscape Project of the Year.

  • The Community Service Award recognized the efforts of the team and the residents of both Seasons and Bridgwater, as they participated in a food donation contest benefiting Winnipeg Harvest, Winnipeg's food bank. In total, Deveraux Apartment Communities and our residents donated the equivalent of 975 meals to those in need over the Christmas holiday period.
  • The Advertising Award recognized all of the work that was done rebranding Altern Properties to Deveraux Apartment Communities. From new logos and websites to signage and print material, and a great new corporate video, the rental housing division (along with the Deveraux Group of Companies) had a refreshed look in 2019, simultaneously paired with celebrating and advertising the Best Managed Companies designation.
  • And finally, the Landscaping Award was specific to the landscaping completed this past summer at The Summit at Seasons around the clubhouse by the Deveraux Developments team, including the pool, patio area and dog run. This outdoor facility is unparalleled in the Winnipeg rental market and is a significant differentiator for Deveraux amongst its competitors. It was well designed and built and is most definitely enjoyed by residents.
