We are extremely proud to announce Deveraux Apartment Communities has won the Saskatchewan Landlords Association (SKLA) 2021 Rental Housing Provider of the Year award. We would also like to congratulate Natalia New, our Systems Administrator, for winning the 2021 Off-Site Employee of the Year award! The SKLA is a group of industry professionals that represents the landlords of Saskatchewan. They share knowledge and best practices with landlords across the province, advocating for safe, high-quality rental homes for people in Saskatchewan.

The Rental Housing Provider of the Year award recognizes an outstanding and innovative housing provider that went above and beyond in contributing to their community, reducing their environmental impact and supporting residents when faced with change. Throughout the pandemic, we helped our residents to manoeuvre through the ever-changing pandemic landscape, pivoting from in-person to virtual resident events, heightening safety protocols and ensuring residents were fully informed on government assistance programs.

We are also extremely proud of our own Natalia New, Systems Administrator, for winning the SKLA 2021 Off-Site Employee of the Year Award! This award recognizes an employee who is professional, engaged and demonstrates excellence in everything they do. Natalia was integral in our implementation of a new accounting and resident portal software, demonstrating her expertise, patience and problem-solving skills throughout the process.
