Amberlynn J. won the 'Community Manager of Year' award, Facilities Technician Gord S. won the 'Excellence in Customer Service' award and our COO Jamie M. was recognized as this year's 'Executive Leader of the Year' award winner.

Community Manager of the Year

The Community Manager of the Year award celebrates a property manager who consistently shows professionalism, dedication, and outstanding performance in every aspect of their role. Amberlynn’s leadership has been instrumental in the success of her team and Deveraux Apartment Communities.

Excellence in Customer Service

The Excellence in Customer Service award recognizes an individual who goes above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service. Gord is known for his dedication, attention to detail and tireless efforts to ensure every tenant enjoys a positive renting experience.

Executive Leader of the Year

The Executive Leader of the Year award honours an executive or senior manager who has made a significant impact on their company and the rental housing industry in Saskatchewan. Jamie's leadership, expertise and commitment to excellence have shaped the success of Deveraux and strengthened relationships across our communities.
