We are thrilled to announce Deveraux Apartment Communities has won the "Rental Development of the Year" award at this year's Saskatchewan Landlord Association (SKLA) Conference for The Terrace at Acre 21. This award recognizes a company which has developed a new rental housing project that demonstrates excellence, creativity and quality.

The Terrace at Acre 21 is in the vibrant and growing Greens on Gardiner neighbourhood of southeast Regina, SK. It offers 126 units – a 46-unit apartment building and five free-standing 16-unit townhome buildings. The three-bedroom townhomes have rooftop patios, which are unique to the Regina rental market and provide sweeping views of the prairie landscape and nearby Wascana Creek. These are the first rooftop-style patios in Deveraux’s portfolio and have proven to be an extremely popular feature, with nearly 100% of three-bedroom townhomes currently rented.

Our Brand Manager, Selene B., was also a winner, walking away with the "Off-Site Employee of the Year" award! Her exemplary performance, dedication and innovative strategies have played an instrumental role in bolstering our brands and ensuring consistency across all of Deveraux’s print and digital media.
