Our Sol at Aurora won the Landscaping Award and our implementation of the HappyCo. digital platform won the Innovation Award.

Landscaping Award

The Landscaping Award recognizes a property with an exceptional, innovative or upgraded landscaping or gardening project, and here at Deveraux Apartment Communities, we want our residents to have beautiful views, green spaces and outdoor amenities to enjoy. That's why Sol at Aurora has a distinctive design blending urban style with natural elements.

Some of the features of Sol's landscaping are:

  • A pool with lounge chairs and seating areas
  • A barbeque area with a fire pit and tables
  • Grass and gardens around the buildings, maintained by Deveraux Apartment Communities staff
  • Deveraux-branded benches throughout the complex
  • Mid-sized basketball court with Deveraux branded outdoor court
